You will lead the resolution of critical incidents, coordinate cross-functional bridge calls, and ensure rapid service restoration while maintaining clear communications with stakeholders.The role requires solid leadership, stakeholder management, and ITSM expertise, with 5+ years in the field and experience in a 24x7 support environment.
Fixed-term contract (FTC) of 6 months in Melbourne.
