Job Description
Elmo in Melbourne seeks an HVAC Audit Technician to join our team.
You will travel to sites across the Melbourne area to perform asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments on HVAC and BMS systems, collecting key data and auditing assets with advanced tools.
You will convey findings to stakeholders to support strategic asset management, build robust client relationships, and identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, refurbishments and new business.
