Uniting is seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Manager to lead the evolution of remuneration and advantages across the organisation, partnering with senior leaders and People & Culture teams to ensure our approach is competitive, equitable, sustainable and aligned to our organisational strategy.
You will drive remuneration strategy, lead annual reviews, provide trusted advice to executives on complex remuneration matters, and use benchmarking and market intelligence to inform decision-making.
