As part of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead the delivery of strategic projects and service improvements that support how we operate, grow and better serve our clients.
This is a key delivery role within our Strategy & Delivery team, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and influence high-impact organisational initiatives.

About The Role
Reporting to the PMO Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for delivering a portfolio of strategic and operational projects aligned to organisational priorities.
You will lead projects end-to-end - from defining scope and requirements through to implementation and transition into business-as-usual.
This role is not just about delivery.
It is about ensuring projects are well-defined, effectively governed, and deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes for the organisation and the people we support.
Projects will focus on business, process, operational and organisational change, rather than technology implementation, so experience delivering change-driven projects is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle delivery of projects (scope, schedule, budget and outcomes)Translate business needs into clear project plans,



requirements and deliverablesMonitor performance, risks and financials, ensuring projects stay on trackDevelop high‐quality project artefacts including plans, RAID logs and reportsFacilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather and validate requirementsProvide clear analysis, insights and recommendations to support decision‐makingDeliver projects where the primary solution involves business improvement, operational change, process redesign, policy implementation or organisational transformation, rather than technology deployment aloneEnsure strong governance, compliance and reporting across all projectsSupport change management and transition to business‐as‐usual operationsContribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, tools and practices

Key Capabilities
End‐to‐end project management across varying scale and complexityStrong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skillsProject governance, risk and reporting expertiseFinancial management including budgeting and forecastingAnalytical thinking and problem‐solving capabilityExperience using tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel and ConfluenceAbility to support change and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Health Informatics or similar (or equivalent experience)3-5+ years' experience in project delivery rolesExperience in healthcare, aged care or public sector environments (highly regarded)Project management or change certification (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, PROSCI) desirable
