You will partner with the Area Manager to lead multiple care houses, guiding Team Leaders and Senior Team Leaders to deliver consistent, therapeutic care for Children and Young People.You will drive operational excellence, rostering, budgeting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement while modelling person-centred, trauma-informed practice across a 24/7 residential setting.
