YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued lawyer in their winning team led by an industry-leading partner and reporting to the Head of NSW, you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction+ rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of a wide range of common law personal injury claims including:
CTP (motor vehicle accidents),work injury damages and public liability.
You will have carriage of your own files + direct client relationships with back-up top mentorship and support.
Also opportunity to step into a LEADERSHIP role (immediately or in the short-medium term depending oncompetency/seniority)mentoring and leading 2-3 juniors.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are anadmitted lawyer in NSW;
haveMINIMUM 3 yrs (or more up to senior associate)with plaintiff or defendant firms in atleast 2 or all of:1)CTP/motor accidents;
2) Work Injury damages;
3) Public Liability;
have proven ability incase managing personal injury files from start to finish;
preferably have experiencementoring/leadingjunior lawyers/paralegals;
have a solid technical knowledge of relevantlaws/legislation/caselaw;
are hungry to accelerate your careerlong-termwith a 1st-class plaintiff firm (essential).
