Job Description
Location:Greeley, CO
Schedule:Full-Time Three 12-hour shifts per week
Clinic Hours:8:00 AM 8:00 PM, 7 days per week
Compensation:$60 $80/hour (based on experience) + bonus
Benefits:Full benefits package available for eligible full-time clinicians
Position Overview
NextCare Urgent Care is seeking anexperienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)to join ourfull-time clinical team in Greeley, Colorado.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoyautonomy, variety, and practicing in a fast-paced urgent care environmentwhile maintaining strong work-life balance.
A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care is required.

Our full time schedules are designed so clinicians areoff more days than they work, while still practicing engaging and meaningful medicine.
Providers treat a broad patient population withgenerally low-to-moderate acuity conditions, allowing clinicians to utilize a wide range of diagnostic and procedural skills without inpatient responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies including labs and imaging
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
• Code and bill services appropriately
• Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
• Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values
Required Qualifications
• Active, unrestrictedColorado NP or PA license
•Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care required
•NP:Family Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC or AANP required)
•PA:NCCPA certification required
• ActiveDEA licenseor ability to obtain
• Ability to treatpatients of all ages
• ActiveBLS certification
• EHR proficiency
• Willingness to work occasionalweekends and holidays
•DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered)
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience
• Strong procedural skills includingsuturing, splinting, and wound care
• Experience withinitial X-ray interpretation prior to radiology over-read
