Belgravia Leisure seeks a Sales & Guest Experience Manager on the Sunshine Coast to lead a passionate guest experience team and drive member enrolment sales targets while delivering outstanding service to all guests.
You will recruit, train and develop staff, collaborate with the Centre Manager to set growth targets, manage rosters and cash handling, and ensure high-quality guest interactions both in person and via phone.
