Community Wine House is looking for a capable, hands-on Venue Manager who is great with humans and wants to be part of a small, inclusive and affirming team.
We're looking for someone who can run a busy floor, keep the practical side of the venue moving, and help create a space where staff and guests feel welcome.
Essential is someone who gets and can maintain the VIBE of CWH.
You are able to:
Run the floor and lead service.
Support and manage our team, including HR.
Manage stock, ordering and venue logistics.
Keep on top of licensing, compliance, and other venue legalities.
Work alongside our Marketing Lead and contribute to internal marketing conversations.
Communicate openly, kindly and clearly.

Experience managing a hospitality venue is important.
Desirable (and if your background is more heavily in these skills, rather than hospitality, please also reach out):
An understanding of natural wine
A marketing, communications, or psychology background
