Mission Australia in Mirrabooka, WA, is seeking a Local Area Coordinator to support people with disability, their families and carers to access NDIS supports and build independence.
This full time fixed-term maternity leave cover runs until 3 September **** and is based at our Mirrabooka office.
You will work with participants, families and service providers to deliver person-centred support, maintain records, and meet contractual and quality requirements.
