About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and customer‐focused Cleaning Porter to join our team in a full‐time position, located in Dandenong, VIC.
This hands‐on role supports the day‐to‐day presentation and operation of building facilities across the client's campuses.
You will complete general cleaning duties, assist with function set‐ups, respond to client requests and relocate equipment as required.
Clean building facilities, including offices, laboratories, amenities and communal areas.
Complete vacuuming, mopping and other general cleaning duties.
Use cleaning machinery to maintain floor surfaces as required.
Set up functions and events as required.
Attend to the general needs of the client and respond to requests professionally.




Relocate equipment and facility items as required.
Drive between campuses when required.
Follow all HSEQ policies, procedures and safe work requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service and positive communication to customers.
Complete other cleaning duties as directed.
About you
You are dependable, self‐motivated and take pride in maintaining clean, safe and welcoming facilities.
You communicate professionally, show initiative and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
A valid driver's licence, which is essential for travel between campuses.
Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience, which is desirable but not essential.
A current police clearance issued within the past six months, or willingness to obtain one.
A professional presentation and strong customer service skills.
The ability to work safely, follow instructions and demonstrate initiative.
Your own smartphone, maintained in working order, to access required work applications.
A willingness to complete training, with full role training provided.
