Hoselink is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own customer lifecycle strategy across email and SMS for its Australian ecommerce business.
You will design and optimise second-purchase and reactivation programs, manage loyalty, referrals and reviews, and run the Klaviyo and Postscript stacks with a focused calendar.
You will craft briefs, write on-brand copy, and collaborate with marketing, product and customer service to drive revenue while maintaining deliverability and data
