Commercial Operations Coordinator

Our client is a highly regardednational window furnishings businessservicing residential customers, commercial projects and volume builders across Australia.
They are seeking an experiencedCommercial Operations Coordinatorto support supervisors and management while coordinating individual jobs across large-scale commercial projects.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring a smooth process between the company, builders, suppliers and installers from project handover through to completion.
About You
You will ideally have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, coordination or office support, preferably within window furnishings, construction or a similar commercial environment
Experience working with commercial building projects
Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills and solid attention to detail
The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
An outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, builders and internal teams
The ability to work effectively under pressure and take ownership of your responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage individual commercial projects from handover by the Estimating team through to completion
Coordinate with Project Managers to arrange site inspections and ensure projects are progressing in line with installation requirements
Prepare check measure documentation and liaise with the Scheduling team to coordinate site visits
Work closely with the Supply Chain team to monitor key project milestones and ensure stock is available in line with building programs
Coordinate product arrivals and communicate with sites, Scheduling and installers to ensure installations are completed on time
Manage variation requests from builders and clients, handling smaller variations directly and coordinating larger requirements with the Estimating team
Work closely with supervisors, construction managers, estimators and other internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly
