Job Description
The Salvation Army (SA) Property Trust atf Social Work in Leongatha, VIC is seeking an experienced Case Manager for Intensive Case Management Initiative (ICMI).
You will deliver intensive, person-centred support to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, developing tailored case and safety plans and coordinating access to housing and support services.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this permanent full-time role is in office in Leongatha and offers SCHADS Award Level 5 compensation with
