dnata catering is seeking a Pastry Chef for our national bakery at Coolangatta Airport. You will prepare and cook various international dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality production for airline services.

You will work on a 38-hour weekly roster in a busy open-plan kitchen setting, with a robust background in food manufacturing or large venues and a Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
