This is a rare leadership prospect to own a brand-new early childhood service in the Wollongong area for two-to-five-year-olds.
You will join before doors open to shape the team, culture and day-to-day practice, and lead the opening phase with real responsibility.
The role suits an experienced Centre Director or a strong Assistant Director ready to step up.
You will influence operations, compliance and people management, recruit and develop the opening team, and guide the service as it grows
