Job Description
Save the Children Australia is seeking a Team Leader for Staying on Track to guide our youth transition initiatives across Mount Isa and the Gulf.
You will lead a high-performing team, foster robust partnerships with young people, families and communities, and champion trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices to support positive outcomes.
You will oversee transition planning and collaborate with Youth Justice to reduce reoffending and improve wellbeing for young people in our care.
