What we’re looking for:
A genuine interest in agriculture
Good listening and communication skills
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and have a go
Ability to work well within a team
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
Trade or mechanical background advantageous, but not essential

What’s on offer:
Secure,

full time employment
Single accommodation on farm with electricity included
A good team of experienced people to work alongside and learn from
Quality, well‑maintained John Deere machinery and equipment
Full training provided
Hands‑on experience across irrigated cotton operations
Chance to learn machinery, irrigation, maintenance and general farm operations
Genuine opportunity to build a long-term career in agriculture
