Join One of Australia's Leading Security Service ProvidersUltimate Security is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Maintenance Planner to join our growing service team.This is a fast-paced coordination role where you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing maintenance and service activities for our field technicians and subcontractors.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery, excellent customer communication, and efficient administration from job creation through to completion.If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong administrative and coordination skills, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate annual and bi-annual maintenance servicesManage work orders and service requests through company systemsDispatch technicians and subcontractors to meet operational requirementsLiaise with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersProvide transparent and proactive customer communication regarding service updates and schedulingManage inbound and outbound email correspondence professionally and efficientlyMaintain accurate service records and documentationPrepare customer invoices and process subcontractor invoicesAssist in resolving service enquiries and operational issuesEnsure compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and company standardsAbout YouYou are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent organisational and communication skills.
