SAP Test Lead - Payroll & Time TransformationWe are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to join a major Payroll and Time & Attendance transformation currently underway in Melbourne.This is an initial 6-month contract, however the program will run well into ****, offering excellent potential for extension.The project has recently completed the design phase and is moving into build.
This is a key role responsible for establishing the testing approach and providing end-to-end testing assurance across the transformation.The RoleYou will take ownership of the testing function across the program, working closely with internal teams, business stakeholders and multiple vendors.
Responsibilities will include:Develop and establish the overall test strategy, approach and planningProvide end-to-end testing assurance across the transformationLead and coordinate SIT and UATOversee integration testing across Payroll, Time & Attendance and surrounding systemsEstablish appropriate testing governance, processes and reportingCoordinate testing activities across internal teams and external vendorsIdentify and manage testing risks, issues and dependenciesWork closely with business stakeholders to ensure appropriate test coverage and readinessSupport the program through build,



testing, deployment and transitionSkills & ExperienceWe are looking for someone with strong Test Lead / Test Manager experience who has worked on complex, large-scale transformation programs.You will ideally bring:Strong Payroll testing experienceEnd-to-end integration testingSIT and UAT leadershipTest strategy and planningExcellent stakeholder and vendor management skillsExperience working across complex system landscapesHighly DesirableExperience across some of the following would be highly regarded:SAP ECP / SAP PayrollRostering and workforce schedulingTime clockingPayroll reconciliationSuperannuationComplex workforce environmentsExperience with organisations bringing payroll in-houseExperience coordinating testing across multiple vendorsThis is a outstanding opportunity for an experienced Test Lead who enjoys building structure rather than simply stepping into an established testing function.
