We are looking for an energetic person with a strong background in clinical sales and account management.
The successful applicant will provide our team with the skills required to help manage and grow da Vinci surgery.Key Responsibilities:Drive clinical adoption of da Vinci SurgeryBecome a clinical expert across multiple clinical specialtiesEffectively execute surgeon and nursing staff training in da Vinci technologyWork with Clinical Sales Manager to develop & execute territory planWork with hospital partners to effectively integrate both Greenfield & Brown Field da Vinci programs and surgeonsResponsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reportsAchieve sales targets and deliver KPI'sAttend exhibitions, conferences and seminars as directedAbout you...At Device Technologies, we succeed through our commitment to five key values:Delivering Innovation -We constantly seek new ideas, technologies,

It involves ethical conduct, transparency, and a commitment to social and environmental stewardship.Championing the Customer -By placing customers at the heart of decision-making and operations, we enhance experiences, foster loyalty, and collectively strive to improve patient outcomes.Our ideal candidate for this role aligns with these values.Experience required:Experience in the Gynecology/Colorectal/Thoracic/General Surgery/Urology and/or Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS)Minimum 2-4 years' experience selling in a surgical or Operating Theatre environment, or;Minimum 2-4 years' relevant clinical experienceRelevant tertiary qualifications ie sciences, physiotherapy - degree or similarProven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time managementDemonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointHigh standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work a flexible schedule including regular weekends and occasional overnight travelWillingness to work regularly on weekendsInterested?
