Public Sector People are partnering with a large local government organisation to recruit an experienced Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3-month contract. This hands-on Level 1 support role lives in a busy ICT setting, assisting a large user base across desktop, mobile and network platforms.

You will join the Service Desk team, handling high incident volumes with SLA-driven response times, across Windows, M365, Azure AD and Intune in a structured ITSM setting.
