Hunter Recent England Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker to support Maitland, Kurri & Cessnock Hospitals. You will promote culturally safe care, maintain regular contact with Aboriginal patients, advocate for patients and connect them with support services for protected discharges across Emergency, Surgical and Medical Wards, ICU and Paediatrics.
The position is 16 hours per week, temporary part time until August 2027, offering remuneration from $34.09 to $49.28 per hour plus
