Xero is seeking a Small Business Onboarding Specialist to own the customer journey from first contact through the first 90 days.
You will conduct discovery, product demonstrations, and guided onboarding sessions to transition small business owners to confident, self-sufficient users of Xero.
You'll work with a high-energy Small Business Sales team, focusing on onboarding and adoption, and partnering with marketing, product and success teams to optimize the onboarding experience.
