Our client is an established construction business delivering quality commercial building projects across Sydney.
They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion.This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in quality, safety, organisation and getting projects delivered on time.As Site Manager, you will oversee the daily running of construction sites and coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects progressing efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:Managing projects from commencement through to completionCoordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and site resourcesManaging project sequencing, timelines and daily site activitiesEnsuring works are completed to plans, specifications and quality standardsConducting toolbox talks, site inspections and monitoring WHS complianceManaging SWMS and ensuring safe work practices are followedMonitoring workmanship and coordinating defect rectificationChecking materials, deliveries and quantitiesMaintaining site diaries, daily reports, RFIs, variations and project documentationCommunicating with clients,



consultants, contractors and managementIdentifying and addressing issues, delays and variations proactivelyMaintaining a clean, safe and skilled site at all timesSupporting and mentoring leading hands, apprentices and site team membersAbout YouTo be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Site Manager, Construction Supervisor or similar role.You will also have:Certificate IV in Building & Construction or relevant qualificationClass C Driver's LicenceWhite Card – Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction IndustrySupervisory accreditation or relevant supervisory experienceMinimum 2 years' relevant construction site management experienceStrong understanding of construction processes, plans and specificationsGood knowledge of WHS, SWMS and site safety requirementsStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to coordinate multiple trades and keep projects on trackProfessional approach when dealing with clients and stakeholders
