With go-live set for October next year, this role will help ensure success through both delivery and post-launch support.WHAT'S ON OFFER$****** a day Inclusive of super + GST.Initial 12-Month engagement, with possibility of extension.Hybrid working arrangements, Melbourne CBD.THE ROLEThis is a role for a Senior BA who can hit the ground running, with strong systems knowledge and an ability to write clear, high-quality requirements for technical delivery.You'll be working across multiple systems in scope including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, DocuSign, and internal platforms engaging with stakeholders of varying levels of maturity and familiarity with these technologies.Gather, analyse, and document high-quality requirements to support technical deliveryFacilitate workshops and elicit requirements from a wide range of stakeholdersEngage and influence stakeholders to drive outcomes,
