To support that growth, we're appointing a Survey Data Manager based out of our Brisbane office, responsible for survey data governance, technical workflows, and quality control across live projects.This is a hands-on technical role, reporting to the Senior Data Manager .
You will be the assisting the data modelling and drafting for the business, ensuring key information is accurate, validated, and issued.Your RoleYou will support project teams across the full survey data lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and client-ready deliverables.Key responsibilities include:Managing survey data workflows from field capture through to final issueQA and validation of survey data prior to client submissionSetup and maintenance of 12d and 12d Synergy projects (structures, codelists, nodes, mapfiles)Supporting survey teams with troubleshooting and technical guidanceActing as the escalation point for complex data and design issuesEnforcing data governance standards — file naming, coding, metadata,
