MacKellar is expanding its production team on a growing mining project near Nyngan, NSW, working in partnership with Aeris Resources.We're looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Production Operators who can operate multiple types of heavy mobile equipment and want the stability of a long-term role with an established mining contractor.What's in It for You?

$142k + super annually7/7 rotating day and night rosterLong-term project with ongoing employment opportunitiesCamp accommodation and meals providedModern, well-maintained mining fleetExperienced site leadership and supportive team environmentOngoing training and developmentGenuine opportunities for career progressionAbout the RoleYou'll be part of a production crew responsible for safely and efficiently operating a range of heavy mobile equipment across site.The ability to multi-skill is key to the role, with operators expected to confidently move between equipment types and support production requirements as needed.You'll be responsible for:Operating Haul Trucks and DozersOperating at least one additional machine,
