About The Role
Reporting to the Executive Business Unit Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Northern Territory Building & Construction portfolio.
You will be responsible for leading project delivery teams, optimising resources, driving commercial outcomes and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
The role also plays a key part in mentoring future leaders,



supporting business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships across the NT market.
This is a Darwin-based position and not a FIFO role.

What You'll Do
Lead and support Project Managers and project delivery teams across the Northern TerritoryDrive operational performance, project delivery outcomes and resource utilisationOversee project budgets, financial performance and commercial reportingSupport procurement, contract administration and project planning activitiesBuild and maintain strong client, subcontractor and stakeholder relationshipsLead workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning and team development initiativesPromote a culture of coaching, mentorship and continuous improvement across project teamsMonitor WHSEQ performance and drive a proactive safety culture across all operationsIdentify future opportunities and contribute to business growth and strategic planningEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, company standards and client expectations
What You'll Bring
Minimum 10 years' experience in construction project delivery and operational leadershipStrong background in commercial building and construction environmentsProven experience managing multiple projects,



teams and resources simultaneouslyDemonstrated success leading operational performance and driving business outcomesStrong contract administration and commercial management capabilityExcellent stakeholder management and client relationship skillsStrong understanding of WHSEQ requirements within the construction industryExperience managing budgets, forecasting and financial performanceCurrent Driver's Licence and White Card
