Senior Architectural Joinery Installer & Site CoordinatorYou will work closely with project delivery, technical, design and production teams and take an important role in the site execution of high-end architectural joinery projects.
You will remain hands‐on and on the tools, while also taking responsibility for coordinating installation activities and ensuring work is delivered to the standard expected of high‐end architectural joinery.
Projects include substantial architectural homes and boutique residential developments, predominantly throughout Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore, with joinery packages typically ranging from approximately $250,000 to $1.5 million.Key responsibilitiesHigh‐end architectural and bespoke joinery installationCoordinating installers and installation activities on siteDetailed site measuring, setting out and dimensional verificationDigital site measurement and scanningEstablishing and checking project datumsCapturing actual constructed site conditions digitallyTransferring site measurement data into technical and design systemsWorking with technical and PYTHA design teams to ensure site information is accurately interpretedReviewing installation drawings and planning installation sequencingReceiving, checking and organising joinery deliveriesCoordinating interfaces with stone, glass, metalwork, appliances, electrical, lighting, plumbing and other tradesIdentifying site discrepancies and installation risks earlyCommunicating with builders, site managers and internal project teamProgressive installation QA and quality controlManaging adjustments, defects and final finishingRecording site information, photographs, measurements and outstanding itemsMaintaining clean, organised and professional project sitesAbout youSubstantial experience in high‐end residential joinery,
