GiGi Bar Restaurant in Edge Hill, Cairns is seeking a full time Head Chef to lead our kitchen from Wednesday to Sunday, driving lunch and dinner service with menu development, quality and creativity.

You'll hold overall responsibility for all services, manage a hands-on kitchen team, control stock, costed margins, and ensure HACCP compliance. A Mediterranean background is a plus, but passion for excellent food matters most.
