Location: Melbourne or Brisbane (hybrid)
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Claims Executive to join our specialist Strata team and support clients through the full claim's lifecycle.

No prior claims experience is required, we'll provide full training and support.

About the role:
Support the management of strata claims from lodgement through to settlement
Assist with communication between clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and repairers
Learn and apply claims processes and policy coverage
Help prepare documents and keep accurate records
Provide clear and skilled communication to clients throughout the claim process
Support senior team members with claim strategy and advice
About you:
1- 2 years' experience in insurance or claims, however we will consider no prior claims experience for the right candidate who has a genuine interest in insurance and willingness to learn
Strong communication both written and verbal
Organised, detail-focus and proactive
A team player with a positive and can-do attitude
