ButtrMe in South Melbourne is seeking an experienced hospitality or retail manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a premium café and bakery.
You will manage a team, oversee stock, budgeting and compliance with food safety and WH&S; regulations, and work closely with suppliers to maintain high standards and profitability.
A business management qualification is desirable.
