This hands-on, standalone role works closely with management, payroll and the wider team to improve HR processes and implement policies.
You will own a broad remit from onboarding to employee relations, assist with award interpretation (Retail Award) and drive a payroll system update, with travel between locations as required and adaptable hybrid working.
