My Guardian - Aged & Disability Care is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based interventions for Aged Care and NDIS participants, aimed at improving mobility, independence, and quality of life.
You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team and contribute to care across acute, rehabilitation and community settings.
We welcome both full time and part-time applicants who are passionate about person-centred care.
