Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist for Community Outreach to deliver specialist physiotherapy across the North West region, including home visits and outpatient settings.
The role is based in Burnie, with travel across communities and a solid MDT collaboration.
You will provide hands-on care, advisory support to families and co-ordinate care for at-risk post-discharge clients while working within a multi-disciplinary team in both home and centre-based settings.
