Position Overview
Just Careers Trainingis seeking an experiencedFood Safety Supervisor and Barista Trainerto support our expanding training facilities in theSydneyregion.
This contractor-based role requiresweekday availabilityand includes online assessment marking and verification calls.
We are currently recruiting an experienced trainer in:
Food Safety Supervisor -SITXFSA005/SITXFSA006unit
Barista -SITHFAB025/SITXFSA005unit
Whether you're an established trainer or an experienced industry individual ready to step into training, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date training records and documentation.
Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.
Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.
Requirements
Available to work Monday to Friday.
Food Safety Supervisor and/or Barista units mentioned above




TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
Hold the NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Demonstrated industry experience and the ability to provide currency.
Experience in delivering courses in training workplace
Willingness to travel as required.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
