The Home Depot in Australia is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience across Garden, Hardware, Lumber, Building Materials, Plumbing, and Electrical departments during a structured training program up to 6 weeks.
You'll work with the Store Manager, ASMs, and merchandising teams to develop game plans, boost sales and profitability, learn staffing, inventory, and customer service excellence, and prepare for a future Assistant Manager role.
