Job Description
Recruit Career Consult Pty Ltd is seeking Senior Sales Associates to join luxury boutiques across Sydney.
You will lead by example on the floor, driving personal sales, building a high-value client portfolio and delivering an elevated luxury experience.
The role focuses on 80% personal sales and 20% team support, with opportunities to mentor colleagues, support onboarding and assist with boutique opening/closing.
Solid luxury service standards and storytelling are essential.
