Austin Health is offering a 2-year, full time fixed term opportunity for a Graduate Grade 1 Social Worker with monthly Accrued Day Off.
The role is based at the acute hospital site with flexibility to work across main sites.
You will deliver effective social work interventions to patients and families, participate in supervision, and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning within the Social Work Department.
