Market-competitive salary package + Annual Review (NZD)Reporting to the GM Operations, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across Kiwicare's Quality, Safety and Environmental functions throughout New Zealand and Australia.You'll lead the development and continuous improvement of management systems, governance frameworks and assurance programmes that help protect people, products and the environment while supporting business growth and operational excellence.This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, influencing stakeholders, driving compliance and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.What we're looking forLead Kiwicare's Quality, Safety & Environmental strategy across ANZOwn and continuously improve Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management SystemsDrive compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsLead audits, investigations, corrective actions and assurance activitiesCoach and support leaders to strengthen risk management and accountabilityDevelop meaningful performance metrics and reporting for executive leadershipChampion continuous improvement initiatives across the businessWhat you'll bring with you5+ years' experience in quality, safety, compliance, environmental or manufacturing leadership rolesStrong experience managing management systems, audits and regulatory complianceProven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsExperience with risk management, investigations and continuous improvement programmesStrong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skillsA practical,
