Senior Process Transformation ConsultantWe are looking for an experienced Senior Process Transformation Consultant to support a major transformation and offshore transition program within a large enterprise environment.
This is a senior, hands-on consulting role for someone who can walk into a complex environment, quickly make sense of how teams operate and create a clear structure for what needs to happen next.With a significant portion of the current function transitioning offshore over the next six months, you will work closely with leaders, teams and SMEs to understand the current operating setting and identify the critical processes and knowledge that need to be captured before transition.What you'll be doingLead discovery workshops with business leaders, teams and SMEsIdentify the major areas of work across the function and break these down into processes, sub-processes and operating proceduresEstablish what needs to be documented and prioritised over the next six monthsIdentify key SMEs, process owners and knowledge holders across the businessDetermine what knowledge is critical to capture ahead of the offshore transitionDevelop the methodology, standards and guidelines for process documentationEstablish templates and determine the appropriate level of detail requiredTake large amounts of complex information and turn this into a clear, prioritised roadmapAsk the right questions,
challenge existing thinking and provide structure where it may not currently existWork closely with stakeholders to support a successful knowledge transfer and transitionWhat we're looking for We are looking for someone senior, commercially minded and comfortable working through ambiguity.Ideally, you will bring:Strong process discovery, process architecture, operating model or business transformation experienceConsulting experience within a major consultancy or similar complex transformation environmentExcellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skillsExperience establishing process frameworks, methodologies or documentation standardsExperience working across large and complex transformation programsThe ability to quickly analyse large amounts of information, identify what matters and prioritise accordinglyStrong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholdersExperience with offshore transitions, knowledge transfer or global delivery models would be highly regardedExperience across data, analytics, reporting or technology environments would also be advantageousThis role would suit someone from a consulting background who enjoys walking into a complex problem, asking the right questions and creating the structure and methodology needed to move forward.Brisbane-based candidates are required, with an immediate start highly preferred.
