Veolia Environmental Services is seeking an experienced ER/IR specialist to join our Pyrmont team. This newly created role focuses on delivering a full spectrum of employee and industrial relations activities within a large, diverse organisation.

You will shape engagement, negotiation and trust across the organisation, with responsibility for EA management, Fair Work claims and complex workplace investigations, in a data-driven workplace with blue and white collar exposure.
