Exemplo Constructions is a Melbourne-based commercial builder delivering projects across the education, health and community sectors — often in complex, live environments where the buildings stay in use while we build around them.
We're a NAWIC member and hold ISO ****, ***** and ***** certification, and our project list includes work for the likes of Melbourne Girls Grammar, Monash University, and several Victorian councils.We're a tight-knit team, and we're looking for a Contract Administrator who wants to be part of it — someone who'll get genuine site-based exposure, work closely with our Project Manager and Site Manager, and grow into bigger opportunities as the business does.
We have a pipeline of projects due to commence in the last quarter of this year, so we're looking to fill this role soon.

flagging risks and opportunities earlyCoordinating with subcontractors and consultants to keep projects movingAttending site meetings and providing administrative support to the delivery teamWorking closely with our Project Manager and Site Manager throughout each projectWhat you will bringMinimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar Contract Administrator roleA Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or ConstructionStrong analytical skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approachThe flexibility to pick up different tasks as a small team requiresA Construction Induction (White) Card and First Aid CertificateA current driver's licence and your own vehicle (site travel required)Why ExemploThis is a genuine prospect to build a career with a growing commercial builder, hands-on site experience, a supportive team, and real scope to take on more responsibility as you develop.
