We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our program delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of modular building projects across the education sector.Working within a dynamic, rapid-paced program environment, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule outcomes are achieved while exceeding client expectations.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of critical educational infrastructure that supports growing communities and enhances learning environments for students across Victoria.About the roleReporting to the Program Team Leader, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from contract award through to practical completion and handover.
You will engage with clients and stakeholders, oversee design and construction activities, and drive project performance across all delivery phases.
Working within a dynamic, fast-paced program environment, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule outcomes are achieved while exceeding client expectations.Key responsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle delivery of modular building projectsDevelop and maintain project programs, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworksCoordinate internal delivery teams including design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and site constructionManage contractor, consultant, and supplier performanceMonitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and opportunitiesEnsure compliance with contractual, legislative,



safety, and quality requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with government representatives, schools, consultants, and key stakeholdersEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsAbout youDemonstrated experience managing construction or infrastructure projects valued from $500,000 to $5M+Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and controlsExperience managing multiple projects within a structured program environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong commercial and contractual acumenProven ability to manage competing priorities and tight delivery timeframesProficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management systemsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (desirable)Experience in modular, prefabricated,
