and production validation activities.Participate in requirement workshops and provide testing estimates.Ensure deliverables are completed within SLA and project timelines.Mandatory SkillsStrong experience in PeopleSoft HCM Testing.Hands-on testing experience in at least 4 of the following modules:Core HCMAbsence ManagementGlobal PayrollTalent Acquisition ManagementTime and LaborTest case preparation and execution.Defect management and reporting.Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM processes.Experience working directly with business stakeholders.Preferred SkillsExperience with PeopleSoft 9.2.Knowledge of PUM upgrades and Tax Updates.Exposure to Event Mapping, Page & Field Configurator, Activity Guides, and Drop Zones.Experience in UAT coordination and stakeholder management.Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM is highly preferred.
