Manager Home Care Allied Health (Vic/Tas)Community Based Allied Health ServiceFull-timeHybrid work model based in CamberwellAbout the RoleAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Allied Health leader to drive the strategic growth, operational excellence and clinical governance of BaptistCare's Home Care Allied Health services across Victoria and Tasmania.Reporting to the General Manager, Home Care Allied Health and Nursing, you will play a key role in shaping service delivery, expanding our allied health footprint and delivering innovative, person-centred services that enable older Australians to live independently in their own homes.Working closely with Home Care operational leaders and key stakeholders, you will support the continued growth of Allied Health services through workforce development, strategic partnerships, service innovation and quality improvement.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership to BaptistCare's Allied Health services across Victoria and TasmaniaLead and develop a high-performing multi-disciplinary Allied Health team,Drive growth through innovative service models, workforce expansion and current, partnerships opportunitiesOversee operational performance, resource management and budget accountability Use data and performance insights to inform decision-making and service improvementsChampion clinical governance, quality, compliance and risk managementLead continuous improvement initiatives and support organisational audit activitiesFoster collaborative relationships with operational leaders, stakeholders and external partnersRepresent BaptistCare at industry forums and contribute to broader strategic initiativesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Current AHPRA Registration in an Allied Health discipline Extensive Allied Health experience, including aged care and community-based servicesExperience leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory complianceDemonstrated ability to drive growth,
innovation and service improvementExperience managing budgets, resources and service delivery Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement skills and relationship management skillsCommitment to person-centred care and alignment with BaptistCare's Mission, Vision and ValuesCurrent Australian driver's licence, access to a reliable, insured vehicleCapacity to travel as requiredFor YouBaptistCare is focused on living our values, not just talking about them.
