As Delivery Manager, you'll own a portfolio of education programs and government-funded partnerships end to end, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, and be accountable for the outcomes of these programs.You'll hold key relationships with key partners, translating commercial commitments into clinically credible programs, and coordinating instructional designers, Medical and Nursing Educators, and external stakeholders to get there.What you'll be doingOwning assigned programs and partnership contracts from kickoff to close-out, including reporting cycles that continue after delivery wraps upPlanning and coordinating delivery against timelines, budgets and outcome measuresManaging program risk and escalating anything that threatens outcomes or marginCoordinating consortium partners,



subject matter experts and internal teamsPreparing and delivering progress and final reports to government fundersApplying agreed metrics to evaluate program success and overseeing CPD quality assuranceWorking with technical and product teams on platform integrationFeeding learnings, benchmarks and reusable assets back into team playbooksWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline3+ years' experience in project or program managementA track record of owning a budget and reporting on delivery performanceExperience managing complex, wide-ranging stakeholders (both internal and external)Strong written and verbal communication, and sound financial and risk judgementNice to haveExperience in health and/or education sectorsExperience managing government grants, including reporting and acquittalFamiliarity with CPD, clinical education or clinical governance requirementsExperience with Monday.com or similar project management toolsWhy MedcastYou'll be part of a growing team doing work that genuinely matters - helping clinicians stay current so they can deliver better care.
