About The Role
As our Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with company leadership and department managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles, including:
Technical Roles
Software EngineersAI & Machine Learning EngineersUI/UX DesignersTechnical LeadsProduct Managers
Business & Operations Roles
Business Development ManagersMarketing SpecialistsProject ManagersCustomer Success ManagersFinance & Administration RolesExecutive & Leadership Positions

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple business functionsCreate compelling job advertisements and candidate outreach campaignsSource candidates through LinkedIn, Seek, referrals, networking, and other channelsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Candidate Screening & Assessment
Conduct phone screenings and first-round interviewsAssess technical and non-technical competenciesEvaluate cultural fit and long-term potentialCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
Recruitment Operations




Manage recruitment pipelines and applicant tracking systemsCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate communicationsPrepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendationsConduct reference checks and employment verification
Onboarding & Employer Branding
Assist with onboarding and induction processesHelp improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journeyContribute to employer branding initiativesSupport employee engagement and retention activities
What We're Looking For
3+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HRExperience recruiting both technical and non-technical rolesStrong interviewing and candidate assessment skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies simultaneouslyStrong organisational and stakeholder management skillsProfessional and confident approach when dealing with candidates and executives
Highly Regarded
Experience recruiting within software development, SaaS, technology, digital agencies, or startupsUnderstanding of software development roles and technology stacksExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing toolsExperience building recruitment processes and talent pipelinesHR or recruitment qualifications
