ISO **** & ISO *****Develop & oversee implementation of the National HSEQ Strategy Plan, including Sustainability prioritiesManage, mentor & guide the National HSEQ team & support regional HSEQ teams to promote best practiceCommunicate effectively, influence stakeholders at all levels & integrate HSEQ priorities with operational & commercial objectivesAbout You - EssentialAdvanced diploma, degree or postgraduate qualification in WHS or related disciplineMinimum 10 years' HSEQ experience, including at least 5 years' management experienceDemonstrated experience developing, implementing & improving integrated management systems aligned with ISO *****, ISO **** & ISO *****Strong knowledge of relevant Australian HSEQ legislation & regulatory requirements with the ability to translate & drive requirements for business stakeholdersDemonstrated experience leading audits, certification programs, serious incident investigations & corrective-action processesExperience successfully managing workers' compensation, injury management, rehabilitation & RTW processesAbility to balance strategic & commercial direction with operational requirements in a multi-site environmentExperience within a global parent organisation & applying corporate requirements within local operationsDemonstrated experience establishing critical-risk & critical-control frameworks in mining or heavy industryWorking knowledge of psychosocial risk management, occupational hygiene principles & contemporary approaches to health surveillance & worker wellbeingAcceptance of regular intrastate and interstate travelA valid driver's licence & current work rights in AustraliaJoin a global leader & access product discounts, career progression & training.
